Every betrayal is rife with pain--but betrayal from beyond the grave? Terrifying.
After terror, turmoil and more than their fair share of murder, the newly married Duke and Duchess of Sedwick have reached a calmer, more serene phase, both in life and in their relationship. The Duke and Duchess of Sedwick are trying to enjoy a murder-free season, but that dream dies fast when their supposedly dead nemesis may not be so…well, dead. With ghostly sightings, tangled loyalties, and secrets clawing their way out from the grave, this mystery is as eerie as it is elegant.

I just love this series. The romance was romancing and was a little saucy . . . The mystery was really good but so sad in this book. 5/5 can’t wait for the next.

5 stars. I loved that the many sleuthing and action scenes were as exciting as ever, but that we also got sweet, loving scenes between the couple (and their ward).
